Shakyamuni Buddha

Shakyamuni Buddha inspired by a mish mash of Tibetan paintings and tapestries. I like the dark blue in reference to the gold on indigo manuscripts, but this style of gold shows up on red backgrounds as well. I thought it looked like a bit of overkill because i couldn’t seem to stop drawing, but i’m actually pretty pleased with the way it turned out.
